About Me:

I am a certified Emotion Code, Body Code and T3 healing practitioner, based in Aliso Viejo, CA.

Ever since I can remember I have been drawn to people. I have always been interested in personal stories.  Constant moving across the globe in my childhood, and a lifetime of world travel have graced my communication and social skills. I lived on five continents by the age of 13.
My knowledge of geography and being open to cultural differences have expanded my level of creativity and tolerance. Many diverse relationships have inspired me to make a difference as an energy healing practitioner.

My professional background as a special education teacher gave me a wealth of experience working with children, teens and their families.
I provided an empowering learning environment to help students overcome academic, emotional and social challenges in school. 

I started working with energy healing systems in 2010. I became certified in The Emotion Code in 2013 and The Body Code in 2014. After studying  T3 for two years to clear limiting beliefs I became certified in 2016.

Physically these systems have healed the sciatica in my right hip, reduced headaches and neck pain. Emotionally this healing has unstuck my life.  Family relationships have been renewed. I have three beautiful adult children. We have learned to let go of past trauma. We now see adversity as an opportunity to grow with love and acceptance. Divorce wasn't easy for our family. This resonates with many families. Often divorce is heart-wrenching and divisive. The magic of energy healing
​has opened the door to forgiveness, trust, happiness, connection and self-care.
