At times we share emotional energy. For example, let’s say there’s two people observing the same event and they’re feeling the same emotion of perhaps fear or dread. During this exact moment, an emotional energy becomes a shared energy between this couple.
Sometimes shared energy involves more than two people, sometimes an entire family or an entire community can experience the same emotion at the same time. The energy itself is really only one energy. A trapped emotion becomes lodged in the body as a single ball of energy. A shared trapped emotion is still just one ball of energy, but it is shared in an interesting way between one to many different people. So releasing this energy from one person actually releases it from everyone instantaneously. We see this when families or large groups of people are going through trauma.

"The most drastic changes took place with my oldest daughter. We worked on a learning processing issue and released many emotions surrounding this. We noticed big positive changes, not only for my daughter, but for our entire family." -Thusha, San Francisco, CA
